If have 2 kids you can choose 2 slots at same time or consequitive times if available . If more than 2 kids require fitting please choose multiple slots or call store and girls will accommodate together.
A £10 Deposit per child getting measured and fitted for shoes, all of which will be deducted from shoes purchased.
Bookings are 15 Minutes and we ask you arrive 5 minuted earlier so if we have completed previous booking you may be taken earlier allowing a little xtra time.
If running late please call so we can try to reschedule or check if we still have time to save losing your slot.
We have been operating appointments for many years and the last 3 years have been very busy, we expect this year to be even busier with our Largs store and Clarks stores in Irvine, Kilmarnock and Ayr now closed.
However if a child requires a little xtra time we may run over so please be patient the appointments are spaced and gaps allowed to catch up any time lost each hour.
WALK IN’S WELCOME
You do not need an appointment, you are welcome to walk in, but during our busy Back to School July / August WALK INS may have to queue and have a long wait to be seen.
Appointments are prioritised over walk-ins.
{If turn up as a walk in without a booking we will endeavour to attend to you as soon as we can and have an available free slot, If a booking is due please don’t be offended as appointments will be taken in front of walk in's}
The Deposit is held as a credit against your name if on the unlikely occasion you do not find a suitable fitting pair we will allow the deposit to be used on another item on the day or on next visit. So your money is safe and is only to secure the time slot reserved for you to attend.
We have tried appointments years ago with no deposit and found over 25% failed to show up on time or at all. Leaving us with staff being paid to accommodate the booking and turning away prospective customers because booking due.
