Time slots available for fittings.
If 2 kids can choose 2 at same time or consequitive times if available . If more than 2 kids please choose multiple slots or call store and girls will accommodate together.
£10 Deposit per child getting measured and fitted for shoes, all of which will be deducted from shoes purchased.
Bookings are 15 Minutes and we ask you arrive 5 minuted earlier so if we have completed previous booking you may be taken earlier allowing a little xtra time.
If running late please call so we can try to reschedule or check if we still have time to save losing slot.
We have been operating appointments for many years and the last 2 years have been very busy allowing us to limit the numbers permitted in stores at any one time fo everyone to feel safe. However if a child requires a little xtra time we may run over so please be patient the appointments are spaced and gaps allowed to catch up any time lost each hour.
Our stores have a strict set of safety and hygiene guidelines in place, to ensure the safety of our team and customers in the stores.
When visiting our stores for Kids shoe fitting, our team will explain in full and demonstrate the fitting process to parents, We feel that in order to fit kids shoes accurately, our professional shoe fitters do require close contact to check the fitting of shoes is appropriate. The following specific key measures in our stores mean that we can do so safely and confidently, with the permission of parents:
- Strict hygiene procedures and social distancing
- Fitting appointments and limited store capacity
- Minimise time in Fitting Zone (typically within 2 meters) by maintaining distance as long as possible
- PPE including face coverings and strict sanitizing procedures in place for hands and surfaces
- Perspex screens to provide additional physical distancing during our expert fit checks

You do not need an appointment, you are welcome to walk in, but if you would like to book a specific day and time, particularly during our busy Back to School July / August, then please use our booking system here.
We will prioritise appointments over walk-ins.
