Returns Policy
If you change your mind within 14 days, we are happy to exchange your purchase provided it is returned, as sold, with all of the original packaging, tags, and accessories or issue a credit note.
Please note, Goody2Shoes does not issue refunds.
If any of our products fall below the standard you expect then please return them within 14 days and we will happily exchange/replace them or issue you with a credit note for the current selling price.
All made to order and personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

We ship to UK addresses only.
Shipping is a flat rate of £4 per order, [up to 2 pairs or 3 little pairs ]
Shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.
If you choose to 'collect from store', then shipping is FREE
